At The Giftie Company, our items are made to order and delivery timescales can vary. Please read the below information regarding how your items will arrive.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Orders with multiple items will often be delivered in separate packages unless all items within your order are from the same supplier or from our in-house Giftie Range.

This means you could receive your delivery in different packages on different dates, particularly if one of our suppliers has a longer production timeframe (listed on each product page).

Kindly allow a few days for your complete order to arrive before contacting us to report a missing item.

Remember to always double check your shipping address before placing any order.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Below is a general guideline on how long you might expect to wait for your item to arrive. Our delivery timescales are normally very quick, however there can sometimes be a delay with production, stock or the courier service used.

  • Dispatch Time: 0 – 2 Working Days
  • Delivery Time: 1 – 3 Working Days
  • Estimated time from order to your door: 1 – 5 Working Days
  • Personalised Items
  • Dispatch Time: 0 – 4 Working Days
  • Delivery Time: 1 – 3 Working Days
  • Estimated time from order to your door: 1 – 7 Working Days

We may not be able to provide delivery updates for you once the items are in transit. It’s possible you may need to contact your local post office if an item appears to be missing and we cannot guarantee that any delivery service will not be delayed.

Whilst we want you to receive your item quickly, there may be times where a delivery is delayed. For example, during busy periods such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.

Orders Damaged In Transit

We do our very best to ensure our items are packed securely for each delivery to arrive in one piece.

If your item has arrived damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damage by email to hello@giftie.co.uk so that we may help you as quickly as possible.

Damaged items qualify for a replacement or full refund. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
